▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The structure has a single-layer graphene film arranged on a graphene/polymer mixedwave guide and an output straight waveguide in a flat layer structure of an optical waveguide core layer. An input straight waveguide and the output straight waveguide are orderly provided with a silicon wafer substrate (21), a polymer lower cladding (42) and an optical waveguide core layer (43). A polymer upper cladding (45) is formed on the optical waveguide core layer. The optical waveguide core layer is provided with the silicon substrate, the polymer lower cladding and the optical waveguide core layer. A single-layer graphene film (44) is formed on the optical waveguide core layer. The polymer upper cladding is formed on the optical waveguide core layer. USE - Ridge-type optical waveguide core layer polarizer structure. ADVANTAGE - The structure is easy to integrate, and filters polarized light according to absorption characteristic of a graphene material, is simple to manufacture, and does not required complex expensive process device manufacturing technique without difficulty, and increases production rate, so as to increases application prospect.
