▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing lithium ion battery cathode graphene tin composite material comprises (i) taking natural flake graphite and tin oxide in a fusion machine, heating and fusing under protective atmosphere to obtain fusion material, (ii) adding asphalt, mixing and coating, (iii) taking in a crucible, and carbonizing, and (iv) stirring and sieving. USE - The method is useful for preparing lithium ion battery cathode graphene tin composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The lithium ion battery cathode graphene tin composite material has powder resistivity of less than 20 m omega /cm, compaction density of 1.6 g/cc, reversible capacity of 400-500 mAh/g, first effect of 93%, electrical expansion of less than 25% and 0.5C rate of 800 cycles of capacity retention is more than 80%.
