NOVELTY - A waterproof coating comprises 54-57 pts. wt. acrylic emulsion polymer, 22-26 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 21-24 pts. wt. acrylic emulsion, 0.5-0.8 pt. wt. antioxidant, 1.8-2.1 pts. wt. anti-sagging agent, 2.2-2.5 pts. wt. coalescent, 1.2-1.5 pts. wt. stratospheric agent, 1.5-1.8 pts. wt. antifreezing agent, 27-30 pts. wt. modified graphene, 11-16 pts. wt. nano titanium dioxide, 5-8 pts. wt. mica, 1.2-1.6 pts. wt. KH-570 (RTM: silane coupling agent), 4-7 pts. wt. sodium orthophosphate, 6-10 pts. wt. sodium tripolyphosphate and 55-58 pts. wt. solvent. USE - Waterproof coating used for ship. ADVANTAGE - The waterproof coating has excellent adhesiveness and wear resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A waterproof coating comprises 54-57 pts. wt. acrylic emulsion polymer, 22-26 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 21-24 pts. wt. acrylic emulsion, 0.5-0.8 pt. wt. antioxidant, 1.8-2.1 pts. wt. anti-sagging agent, 2.2-2.5 pts. wt. coalescent, 1.2-1.5 pts. wt. stratospheric agent, 1.5-1.8 pts. wt. antifreezing agent, 27-30 pts. wt. modified graphene, 11-16 pts. wt. nano titanium dioxide, 5-8 pts. wt. mica, 1.2-1.6 pts. wt. KH-570 (RTM: silane coupling agent), 4-7 pts. wt. sodium orthophosphate, 6-10 pts. wt. sodium tripolyphosphate and 55-58 pts. wt. solvent. The modified graphene is prepared by placing 8-12 pts. wt. graphene and 26-30 pts. wt. sulfuric acid/nitric acid mixed solution in a water bath, ultrasonically dispersing, obtaining a material (A), adding deionized water, adjusting pH to 6.8-7.1, aging, filtering, drying, obtaining a material (B), adding the material (B), 26-29 pts. wt. thionyl chloride and 13-16 pts. wt. N,N-dimethylformamide to a reactor, vacuum distilling, aging, filtering, drying, obtaining a material (C), adding 12-15 pts. wt. triethylenetetramine to the resultant product, uniformly mixing, ultrasonically dispersing, vacuum distilling, filtering and drying. The sulfuric acid/nitric acid mixed solution comprises 96-98 wt.% sulfuric acid solution and 52-55 wt.% nitric acid solution in volume ratio of 3-4:1-2.
