NOVELTY - The method involves taking oxidation graphene, stirring machine, ultrasonic water bath and ultrasonic probe to obtain oxidation graphene gel for coating, so as to obtain oxidation graphene film on substrate. The graphene thin film is taken by dry oxidation using liquid nitrogen to freeze three dimension oxidation graphene film. The light reduction is carried out in three dimension oxidation graphene film to obtain thin film. The thin film belt spirally wound and fixed on elastic fiber of polymer is used to obtain flexible fiber thermoelectric converting device. USE - Method for manufacturing photo-reduction graphene based fibriform tensile thermoelectric device used in portable testing field and smart cloth energy supply. ADVANTAGE - The assembling method is performed without isolation film in a simple manner and low cost. The prepared tensile fiber thermoelectric converter has excellent tensile properties and flexibility.
