NOVELTY - Producing a graphene thin film involves coating multiple different metals having different carbon solubilities on an upper surface of a substrate to form a multilayer metal film, injecting multiple carbon atoms on an upper surface of the multilayered metal film in an ion implantation step, and annealing the carbon atom-implanted multilayer metal film to disperse the carbon atoms on upper surface of substrate or upper surface of the multilayer metal film. USE - Method for producing a graphene thin film. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to produce a graphene thin film, which decreases graphene formation energy, ensures rapid and high quality graphene at low cure temperature, and controls thickness of generated graphene thin film easily. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The method involves cooling the annealed multilayered metal film to form a graphene thin film on the upper surface of the substrate on which the carbon atoms are dispersed, or on the upper surface of the multilayered metal film.
