▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene diamond tungsten copper alloy comprises (i) providing a first mixture comprising copper powder and an optional dispersant, (ii) placing the first mixture in a CVD furnace, passing a gaseous carbon source material under a first pressure, a first temperature, and an optional first gas, and reacting to obtain graphene/copper powder, and (iii) adding graphene/copper powder with tungsten powder and diamond powder, and sintering. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene diamond tungsten copper alloy. ADVANTAGE - The alloy: has high wear resistance about greater than or equal to 2x 10-6 mm3/(N-m), and mass loss of the alloy after electric spark ablation is 12000 microseconds is less than or equal to 0.05%, and high ablation resistance; and the method is simple, safe, economical, environmentally friendly and utilizes readily available raw materials, suitable for large-scale promotion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) graphene diamond tungsten copper alloy prepared by the above mentioned method; and (2) product comprising the graphene diamond tungsten copper alloy.
