ADVANTAGE - The product improves heat conducting coefficient to 80%, long-term maintenance of high thermal conductivity, maintains high thermal conductivity, and reduces working temperature of electronic element and reaction rate of oxygen and water to graphene or carbon nanotube in air. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene and alumina binary additive modified grease comprising mixing and stirring silicone oil and additive into double-planetary mixer or small kneader for 10-30 minutes, uniformly stirring, grinding and dispersing on three-roller grinder for 1-3 times, densifying and degreasing, and vacuum stirring for 1-3 hours.
