▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The substrate has a piezoelectric composite film base material, precious metal film (120), precious metal particle layer, graphene oxide film (140) and weight (150) in sequence from one side to the other side. The surface of the piezoelectric composite film substrate is provided with a micro-convex structure array. The surface of the noble metal film is provided with roughness. The piezoelectric composite film is prepared from a mixture of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), multi-walled carbon nanotubes, graphite powder and nano-silver wires. USE - Electrically controlled flexible surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) substrate for early diagnosis of malignant diseases e.g. cancer (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The SERS substrate is a flexible electrically controlled surface enhanced Raman scattering substrate with high sensitivity, good uniformity, and excellent stability. The hot stamping process is used for efficiently and accurately preparing ordered micro-structure array, the hotspot distribution can be extended to the space, and the uniformity of the substrate can be improved by the consistency of the structure. The graphene oxide can provide a chemical enhancing effect and prevent the oxidation of the noble metal particles. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation of electrically controlled flexible SERS substrate based on piezoelectric composite film. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a cutaway view of piezoelectric composite film base electric control flexible SERS substrate. 110Piezoelectric composite film 120Precious metal film 130Precious metal particles 140Graphene oxide film 150Weight
