▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene anticorrosive primer comprises bisphenol A epoxy resin, dimethylbenzene, n-butanol, modified zinc powder, auxiliary agent, physically exfoliated graphene, reduced graphene oxide and modified ammonia curing agent, fatty ammonia curing agent and polyamide curing agent. USE - Used as graphene anticorrosive primer. ADVANTAGE - The primer enhances the electrochemical protection of zinc powder, increases the utilization rate of zinc powder in the coating and compactness of the coating, and improves the anti-corrosion performance of the coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the anticorrosive primer, comprising (i) adding epoxy resin into diluent, dispersing and stirring until the resin is completely dissolved, adding modified zinc powder and graphene into the epoxy solution, stirring, ultrasonically promoting graphene and modified zinc powder directly generate synergetic effect, adding auxiliary agent, grinding, and discharging to obtain component A; (ii) adding curing agent into the diluent and stirring uniformly to obtain component B; and (iii) mixing component A and component B.
