NOVELTY - A graphene/nitrile rubber composite leather roller comprises 80-100 pts. wt. nitrile rubber, 5-8 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 1-5 pts. wt. stearic acid, 1-3 pts. wt. antioxidant, 1-2 pts. wt. accelerator N-oxydiethylene-2-benzothiazole sulfenamide, 1-3 pts. wt. sulfur, 30-50 pts. wt. reinforcing filler, and 0.1-20 pts. wt. functional additive. USE - Graphene/nitrile rubber composite leather roller (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene/nitrile rubber composite leather roller has excellent oil and wear-resisting property, improved elasticity, mechanical strength, conductivity, antistatic effect, prolonged service life, and improved yarn processing quality. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of graphene/nitrile rubber composite leather roller, which involves (1) adding nitrile rubber into an open mill, plasticating at speed of 150-250 rpm for 30-35 minutes to obtain rubber main material, and mixing at 80-95 degrees C for 30-40 minutes, (2) adding zinc oxide, stearic acid and xylene into the mill, plasticating at speed of 180-280 rpm for 40-55 minutes, and mixing at 85-100 degrees C for 40-50 minutes, (3) adding reinforcing filler into the mill, plasticating at speed of 150-250 rpm for 40-55 minutes, and mixing at 85-105 degrees C for 40-50 minutes, (4) adding functional additive into the mill, plasticating at speed of 200-350 rpm for 50-60 minutes, and stirring at 80-95 degrees C for 40-50 minutes, (5) adding accelerator N-oxydiethylene-2-benzothiazole sulfenamide and sulfur into the mill, plasticating at speed of 150-250 rpm for 30-40 minutes, and uniformly mixing at 100-115 degrees C for 40-50 minutes, (6) vulcanizing the sample using a flat vulcanizing machine, vulcanizing the product obtained in step (5) at 150-200 degrees C and 10 MPa for 10-90 minutes to prepare granular composition to obtain graphene-based modified nitrile rubber material, and (7) placing the modified nitrile rubber material obtained in the step (6) into a mold, pressing, and molding.
