NOVELTY - Silicon dioxide-graphene oxide/polyurethane acrylic resin anti-corrosion coating prepared by (i) preparing silane coupling agent functionalized alkylated graphene oxide, (ii) preparing silicon dioxide-graphene oxide nanoparticles, (iii) adding silicon dioxide-graphene oxide nanoparticles to 6 g aqueous polyurethane acrylic resin coating, magnetically stirring at room temperature, adding 1 g curing agent and stirring at room temperature for 0.3-0.7 hour, (iv) polishing the stainless steel plate with 400, 600 and 1000 meshes sandpaper to remove rust, soaking in ethanol for 20 minutes to remove oil, and placing into a blast drying oven to dry, and (v) uniformly coating the prepared coating on a steel plate by a coater, and introducing into the blast drying oven at 120 degrees C for 2 hours, and completely curing the coating, is claimed. USE - Used as silicon dioxide-graphene oxide/polyurethane acrylic resin anti-corrosion coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating: improves the dispersion in waterborne polyurethane acrylic resin coatings and anti-corrosion performance of the coating.
