NOVELTY - Method comprises taking 4-8 g attapulgite into hydrochloric acid solution, heating by water bath, washing the product with distilled water for 3 times, allowing to stand and removing the supernatant at each time, heating the 2-5 g citric acid at 200 degrees C into dark orange, adding sodium hydroxide aqueous solution to adjust the pH to neutral, taking the 110-140 mg GQD in 50ml hydrochloride acid, water bath heating, dripping ethanol solution of potassium hydroxide, washing the attapulgite solution to neutral, centrifuging, obtaining the chlorine modified graphene quantum dot, taking solid precipitate and drying to obtain acidified attapulgite, adding de-ionized water, allowing to stand, cleaning and centrifuging. USE - The method is useful for preparing Cl-modifiedGQD/ZnO/acidified attapulgite nano-compositeantibacterial agent. ADVANTAGE - The agent is safe and environmentally friendly, with high antibacterial efficiency, using 3 mg/ml of the invention nano-composite antibacterial agent to the antibacterial rate of the Escherichia coli can reach 96.88%.
