NOVELTY - A composite material comprises 100 pts. wt. polytetrafluoroethylene, 2-5 pts. wt. zinc oxide-modified graphene, 0.5-2 pts. wt. fumed silica, 3.5-6 pts. wt. modified basalt glass powder, and 0.2-0.5 pt. wt. aminosilane coupling agent. USE - Composite material is used for forming high-speed railway bridge support slide. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has excellent mechanical property, durability, and wear resistance, and provides railway bridge support slide having excellent performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of composite material, which involves mixing zinc oxide-modified graphene, fumed silica, modified basalt glass powder, and aminosilane coupling agent in a high-speed mixer, stirring, obtaining a premix, adding the premix and polytetrafluoroethylene to a stainless steel ball mill jar, introducing inert gas, vacuum sealing, ball milling, placing the milled material in a mold for cold compression molding, pressing at 150-180 MPa for 80-110 seconds, adding the molded product to a vacuum hot-press sintering furnace, sintering, heating to 305-320 degrees C at 1.2-1.8 degrees C/minute for heat-preserving 30-50 minutes, and heating to 355-365 degrees C at 0.5-0.8 degrees C/minute and heat-preserving for 100-150 minutes, cooling to room temperature, and performing rough grinding and fine polishing.
