NOVELTY - A high-strength silicon material comprises 25-50 wt.% hydroxysilicone oil, 2-5 wt.% dimethyl silicone oil, 0.1-3 wt.% nano-calcium carbonate, 2-6 wt.% silane-modified graphene, 5-15 wt.% flame retardant powder, 4-8 wt.% hydrophobic white carbon, 1-5 wt.% cross-linking agent, 0.01-0.05 wt.% catalyst and balance solvent. The crosslinking agent comprises 80 wt.% methyltris(methylethylketoxime)silane and 20 wt.% tetra(methylethylketoxime)silane. USE - High-strength silicon material. ADVANTAGE - The silicon material has high strength and improved aging resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the high-strength silicon material, which involves dehydrating each raw material to water content of less than 0.3 wt.%, adding dehydrated raw materials excluding crosslinking agent to planetary barrel, stirring and dispersing, adding cross-linking agent, evacuating, heating to 50-60 degrees C and stirring for 1-2 hours.
