▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A stretchable electrode comprises a substrate comprising an elastic polymer (p1), a conductive pattern portion comprising a pattern having a liquid metal formed on the substrate, and a conductive cover comprising an elastic polymer (p2), and conductive filler formed on the conductive pattern portion. USE - Stretchable electrode used for electronic device such as stretchable display device, and stretchable light emitting electronic device, e.g. stretchable electronic skin device, stretchable pressure sensor, a stretchable chemical sensor, and a stretchable wearable electronic device. (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electrode has excellent conductivity even under various physical/chemical environments and temperature changes, stretchability, and stability, and rigidly bonded at the boundary between the electrodes of different material, easily bonded or healed at desired temperature, and passes and receives the electrical signals of high resolution/accuracy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of the electrode, which involves (a) preparing a substrate including the elastic polymer (p1), (b) preparing a substrate/conductive pattern portion by forming a conductive pattern portion including a pattern having a liquid metal on the substrate, (c) preparing a cover comprising the polymer (p2), and (d) arranging the cover on the conductive pattern portion of the base material/conductive pattern portion to form a substrate/conductive pattern portion/cover.
