NOVELTY - Holographic self-repairing graphene liquid crystal modified polyurethane decorative film is of a multilayer composite structure, which comprises a base film layer, a release layer, a personalized appearance layer, a metal layer, an elastic resin layer and an adhesive layer which are sequentially stacked. The personalized appearance layer is prepared by coating self-repairing graphene liquid crystal modified polyurethane coating. The coating thickness is 0.5-5 microm, and a texture structure is copied by a mold pressing machine in a mold pressing manner. The self-repairing graphene liquid crystal modified polyurethane coating comprises 5-15 wt.% of graphene liquid crystal containing DA bonds (Diels-Alder bond), 30-70 wt.% of polyurethane resin containing DA bonds, 1-5 wt.% of an auxiliary agent, 0.2-1 wt.% of a toner and 30-60 wt.% of a solvent. USE - Holographic self-repairing graphene liquid crystal modified polyurethane decorative film. ADVANTAGE - The holographic self-repairing graphene liquid crystal modified polyurethane decorative film has an anti-counterfeiting effect and a self-repairing effect while giving consideration to both a personalized special appearance effect and excellent physical and chemical mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing holographic self-repairing graphene liquid crystal modified polyurethane decorative film, which involves (i) preparing the self-repairing graphene liquid crystal modified polyurethane coating; (ii) coating a release coating on the base film layer to obtain a release layer; (iii) coating the self-repairing graphene liquid crystal modified polyurethane coating on the release layer, and performing mold pressing and copying to obtain a texture structure by using a mold pressing machine to obtain the personalized appearance layer; (iv) evaporating a metal material on the personalized appearance layer to obtain the metal layer; (v) coating an elastic resin coating on the metal layer to obtain the elastic resin layer; and (vi) coating an adhesive coating on the elastic resin layer to obtain an adhesive layer, and finishing the preparation of the holographic self-repairing graphene liquid crystal modified polyurethane decorative film.
