NOVELTY - The device has an air cylinder (5) whose piston rod is connected with a supporting rod (6). Two sides of the supporting rod are provided with a slide rail (7) that is provided with a sliding block (8). The sliding block is connected with a screw thread lead screw rod (10) through a screw thread. An end of the screw thread lead screw rod is connected with an output shaft of an adjusting motor (9). Another end of the screw thread lead screw rod is fixed in a bearing (13). The adjusting motor is installed on bottom ends of the sliding rail and the bearing. A bottom side of the sliding block is equipped with an infrared sensor (11) and a detector (12). A driving motor (4), the air cylinder, the adjusting motor, the infrared sensor and the detector are electrically connected with a controller (14). USE - Online graphene electrode detecting device. ADVANTAGE - The device has high automation degree, and utilizes the infrared sensor to sense the graphene electrode, detects the graphene electrode through the detector, drives the slide rail by the air cylinder to lift. The device drives the sliding block by the driving motor on the slide rail to move, and controls detection process by the controller.
