▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - High-performance graphene/nylon 6 alloy, comprises graphene/nylon 6 masterbatch, nylon 6 elastomer, polymer material, compatibilizer and antioxidant in a mass ratio of 20-80:5-15:10-60:5-20:0.1-1, where the graphene/nylon 6 masterbatch is obtained by in-situ polymerization of graphene oxide and caprolactam monomer and then melt blending and extruding with pure nylon 6. USE - Used as high-performance graphene/nylon 6 alloy. ADVANTAGE - The alloy has excellent mechanical properties including better notched impact strength, tensile strength and bending strength; has synergistic effect, and ultra-high toughness. The method: has simple process, continuous production, and high economic benefits; and is suitable for industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high-performance graphene/nylon 6 alloy, comprising (i) mixing graphene oxide solution and caprolactam powder uniformly, and removing excess water by vacuum distillation to obtain uniform mixture, (ii) transferring the mixture prepared in step (i) into a polymerization reactor, stirring, and controlling the stirring speed to 50-200 revolutions per minute, raising the temperature to 240-280 degrees C and pressure at 0.2-2 MPa for 2-3 hours, then vacuumizing to 2000-8000 Pa, reacting in a vacuum environment for 2-3 hours, reacting for 1-1.5 hours, releasing the material and cooling, (iii) extracting the cooled material in step (ii) in boiling water to remove the unreacted caprolactam in the system, drying, extruding and granulating to obtain graphene/nylon 6 resin, (iv) taking the graphene/nylon 6 resin prepared in step (iii) and nylon 6, mixing by a high-speed mixer, extruding and granulating using a twin-screw extruder and drying to obtain graphene/nylon 6 masterbatch, and (v) placing graphene/nylon 6 masterbatch prepared in step (iv), nylon 6 elastomer, polymer materials, compatibilizer and antioxidant in a high-speed mixer and mixing evenly, pelletizing and drying through a twin-screw extruder to obtain final product. Preferred Components: In step (i), the concentration of the graphene oxide solution is 1-2%, the mass ratio between graphene oxide solution and caprolactam powder is 3:20-9:2, and the vacuum distillation pressure is -0.04 to 0.09 MPa. In step (iii), the content of graphene oxide in graphene/nylon 6 resin is 0.5-5%, and the extraction time for water removal is 12-24 hours. Preferred Method: In step (iv), the mass ratio between graphene/nylon 6 resin and nylon 6 is 1:1-10; the speed of the high-speed mixer is 350-600 revolutions per minute, the temperature of the twin-screw extruder is 200-240 degrees C, and the drying time is 5-10 hours. In step (v), the rotation speed of the mixer is 350-600 revolutions per minute, the temperature of the twin-screw extruder is 190-250 degrees C, and the drying time is 5-10 hours.
