▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene-based high-performance modified asphalt comprises 70# matrix asphalt, graphene and stearic acid amide, where amount of graphene is 200of the mass of 70# matrix asphalt and the amount of stearamide is 1% of the mass of graphene. USE - Used as graphene-based high-performance modified asphalt. ADVANTAGE - The method enables industrial production of modified asphalt. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing graphene-based high-performance modified asphalt, comprising (a) add trichloroethylene into stearamide to completely dissolve the stearamide and obtain a mixed solution, (b) subjecting the obtained mixed solution to ultrasonic shock treatment for 1.5 hours in a closed state, (c) adding the mixed solution into 70# base asphalt, and allowing to stand in a closed state until the mixed solution is completely fused with the 70# matrix asphalt to obtain mixture A, (d) evaporating the mixture A using rotary evaporator, and evaporating trichloroethylene from mixture A at 110 degrees C under rotation speed of 85-90 revolutions/minute to obtain mixture B, and (e) cutting the obtained mixture B under a shear rate of 6500 revolutions/minute at 140 degrees C for 180 minutes.
