NOVELTY - Composite material comprises 30-50 pts. wt. bisphenol A type phenolic epoxy resin, 6-9 pts. wt. 2-methylimidazole, 8-15 pts. wt. silica, 5-10 pts. wt. aluminum nitride, 4-8 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 6-9 pts. wt. ethylenediamine, 3-7 pts. wt. PTS, 2-4 pts. wt. dibutyltin dilaurate, 5-9 pts. wt. multi-walled carbon nanotubes, 7- 10 pts. wt. calcium carbonate whiskers, butanone, KH550, ethanol, dimethylformamide, distilled water, sodium hydroxide solution. USE - Composite material for copper clad laminate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material has excellent tensile strength and elongation at break and thermal stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for producing composite material, which involves: (A) adding sodium hydroxide solution to 1: 5-10 in aluminum nitride, stirring at 80-90 degrees C for 1-2 h; (B) centrifuging and washing with alcohol 3-5 times; (C) drying at 60-70 degrees C for 2-4h to obtain hydroxylated aluminum nitride; (D) adding 1: 3-5 silica, KH550 and performing ultrasonic dispersion at 50-60 degrees C 3-4h and washing with alcohol for 3-5 times; (E) placing in the muffle furnace at 450-550 degrees C for 1-2h and placing in the nitrogen atmosphere at 1700-1900 degrees C for sintering for 2-3h; (F) cooling to room temperature, grinding; (G) adding 1: 3-5 oxidized graphene in dimethylformamide ; (H) mixing with ethylenediamine, sonicating for 1 to 2 h and reacting at 110-130 degrees C for 3-6 h; (I) filtering and washing with alcohol 3-5 times and drying at 70-90 degrees C; (J) mixing with PTS and heating at 75-95 degrees C and stirring; (K) dropping 1: 2 - 5 drops of dibutyltin dilaurate, distilled water, and reacting for 3-5h; (L) adding multi - walled carbon nanotubes and performing ultrasonic oscillation for 1-2h; (M) drying calcium carbonate whiskers at 110-130 degrees C for 2-3h and adding 1: 2-4 KH550 and stirring; (N) pouring into the surface dish and keeping at room temperature for 5-10h; (O) vacuum-drying at 110-130 degrees C for 3-4h to obtain surface modified calcium carbonate whisker; (P) dissolving bisphenol A type phenolic epoxy resin, 2-methylimidazole in methyl ethyl ketone, and mixing materials obtained and stirring; (Q) heating at 85-95 degrees C and aging for 4-8h; (R) performing vacuum-drying at 50-60 degrees C for 2-4h and then at 80-90 degrees C in vacuum drying box for and cooling down to room temperature; and (S) adding into the mold, flat pressing at 120-200 degrees C and performing curing reaction for 1-2h, natural cooling, de-molding to obtain the composite material.
