▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Rapid and efficient macro-preparing large-diameter graphene oxide, comprises e.g. (i) adding crystalline flake graphite into intercalation agent composed of concentrated sulfuric acid, ammonium nitrate and cerium sulfate to obtain intercalated graphite oxide, pouring into deionized water and washing, and filtering to obtain filtered product, (ii) adding the dried filtered product into a mixed solution of concentrated sulfuric acid, phosphorus pentoxide and potassium permanganate and stirring for oxidation reaction, (iii) slowly pouring the mixed solution obtained in step (ii) into ice-water mixture, adding hydrogen peroxide, at this time the solution turns golden yellow, adding concentrated hydrochloric acid until the flocculent graphene oxide aggregates disappear, and washing for three times, and (iv) centrifugal purifying the graphene oxide agglomerates prepared in step (iii), and finally carrying out ultrasonic assisted treatment to obtain large graphene oxide sheets. USE - The method is useful for rapid and efficient macro-preparing large-diameter graphene oxide. ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide: utilizes cheap raw materials; has large sheet diameter, and simple process and easy control; and is suitable for industrialized large-scale production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Rapid and efficient macro-preparing large-diameter graphene oxide, comprises (i) adding crystalline flake graphite into intercalation agent composed of concentrated sulfuric acid, ammonium nitrate and cerium sulfate to obtain intercalated graphite oxide, pouring the reaction solution into deionized water and washing for four times with water, and then filtering through a 120-mesh sieve to obtain filtered product, (ii) adding the dried filtered product into a mixed solution of concentrated sulfuric acid, phosphorus pentoxide and potassium permanganate and stirring for oxidation reaction, (iii) slowly pouring the mixed solution obtained in step (ii) into ice-water mixture, adding hydrogen peroxide, at this time the solution turns golden yellow, then adding 12 mol/l concentrated hydrochloric acid until the flocculent graphene oxide aggregates disappear, and washing for three times, and (iv) centrifugal purifying the graphene oxide agglomerates prepared in step (iii), and finally carrying out ultrasonic assisted treatment to obtain large graphene oxide sheets.
