NOVELTY - Heat conductive film (10) is configured by arranging a scale-like carbon material formed by graphene layers such that adjacent scale-like carbon materials contact each other, and such that the major axis of the scale-like carbon material is oriented in the surface direction of the film. USE - The heat conductive film is used in heat dissipating structure (claimed) for dissipating heat generated in a wide variety of heat sources such as LED modules, various lasers, High-performance infrared camera (IR), head-up display (HUD), smartphone elements and batteries, digital camera elements and batteries, personal computer (PC) components and batteries, elements of an electronic control unit (ECU) for vehicles, elements of insulated gate bipolar transistors (IGBTs), rotating part of the motor, thin display light source lamp, and large-capacity batteries for vehicles. ADVANTAGE - The heat conductive film selectively improves the thermal conductivity in the surface direction of a thermally conductive sheet.
