NOVELTY - A perlite insulation board comprises 30-40 pts. wt. perlite, 10-15 pts. wt. adhesive, 5-8 pts. wt. desulfurized gypsum, 3-4 pts. wt. cement and 25-35 pts. wt. poplar fiber. USE - Perlite insulation board used for civil buildings. ADVANTAGE - The perlite insulation board mainly utilizes perlite as aggregate, and utilizes desulfurized gypsum and cement auxiliary filler materials to increase hardness and strength, and cooperate to form the board. The poplar fiber improves the insulation performance and waterproof performance of the board. The poplar fiber is hollow fiber, which has light weight and greatly reduces the density of insulation board. Since the perlite insulation board is made by puffing perlite and mixing with other raw materials, the production cycle is short, the cost is reduced, and ensures enhanced performance.
