NOVELTY - Graphene sheet-polyaniline composite material having nano-network structure is claimed. The composite material has two levels of microstructure, nano-laminate structure unit includes nano-graphene sheet as template and polyaniline spreading layer deposited on surface and nanolaminate structure unit through interaction including conjugation patchwork stack assembly to obtain nano-network structure. USE - Used as graphene sheet-polyaniline composite material having nano-network structure. ADVANTAGE - The composite material improves microstructure, increases specific surface area, improves energy density and power density and prolongs life cycle. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene sheet-polyaniline composite material having nano-network structure comprising (i) taking graphite paper as electrode and sodium sulfate solution as electrolyte, infiltrating graphite paper in sodium sulfate solution and then electrolyzing for 30 minutes under potentiostatic of 5-20 V, (ii) adding sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate or N-methylpyrrolidone into electrolyte, stirring and mixing, and then ultrasonic stripping under power of 200-1800 W, time is not less than 10 minutes, centrifugating liquid at a speed of not greater than 9000 revolutions/minutes, time is not less than 10 minutes, taking supernatant to obtain mixed solution containing nano-sized graphene sheets, (iii) taking mixture of different sizes of nano-graphene sheets, adding aniline and sulfuric acid, and stirring to fully mix mixture, (ii) adding aniline and equimolar concentration of oxidant into above mixture, polymerizing more than 30 minutes, where reaction temperature is 0-20 degrees C to obtain final product.
