▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Flexible composite thermally conductive material comprises a polymer aggregate, filler and additive. The filler is a mixture of graphene and carbon nanotubes obtained after surface treatment by a coupling agent. The coupling agent is a silane coupling agent, phthalate coupling agent, and aluminate coupling agent. The size of the graphene is 0.05-50 microns. The length of the carbon nanotubes is 0.5-20 microns. The mass ratio of graphene and carbon nanotubes is (1-10):1. USE - The flexible composite thermally conductive material is useful in a radiator (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The thermally conductive material: contains coupling agent to improve filler dispersion effects in the polymer; and is filled with graphene and carbon nanotube to form network, so as to further improve thermal conductivity.
