NOVELTY - Metal-doped nano graphene olfactory sensor comprises a first electrode and a second electrode, where the first electrode is coated on copper ion doped nano graphene material to form coating layer, where the preparation of coating layer comprises e.g. treating the nanometer graphite with concentrated nitric acid and concentrated sulfuric acid to obtain acidified nano graphene, coating the working electrode with an electrode of acidified nano graphene, carrying out electroplating, drying and plating electrode film to obtain plated platinum nano graphene material. USE - The sensor is useful for animal meat (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sensor has high sensitivity, short response time, low test temperature, simple structure, convenient to manufacture and economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Metal-doped nano graphene olfactory sensor comprises a first electrode and a second electrode, where the first electrode is coated on copper ion doped nano graphene material to form coating layer, where the preparation of the coating layer comprises (i) treating the nanometer graphite with concentrated nitric acid and concentrated sulfuric acid to obtain acidified nano graphene; (ii) coating the working electrode with an electrode of acidified nano graphene, where the reference electrode is connected with a calomel electrode and docking the platinum electrode, carrying out electroplating to deposit liquid in a platinum chloride aqueous solution, drying and plating the electrode film to obtain plated platinum nano graphene material; (iii) taking plated platinum nano graphene material with water to prepare suspension, adding copper chloride, ultrasonically treating for 20-40 hours and then drying to obtain copper doped nano graphene material coated with platinum; (iv) mixing the copper doped nano graphene material coated with platinum with polyethylene glycol and ethanol to obtain mixed solution, ultrasonically dispersing, uniformly coating on the surface of the first electrode and then reacting at 120-160 degrees C for 1.5-3.5 hours.
