▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing aqueous polyurea complex modified single-component acrylic waterproof coating comprises (i) ultrasonically dispersing graphene in deionized water for 45-70 minutes to obtain an aqueous graphene dispersion, (ii) orderly adding the dispersant, defoamer, and mildew-proof agent to the graphene aqueous dispersion, and continuously stirring the rutile titanium dioxide and inorganic fillers at 800-1000 revolutions/minute (rpm) for 25-35 minutes, and (iii) orderly adding acrylic emulsion and aqueous polyurea emulsion, reducing the stirring speed at 400-600 rpm for 25-35 minutes, and allowing to stand. USE - The method is useful for preparing aqueous polyurea complex modified single-component acrylic waterproof coating. ADVANTAGE - The method: greatly improves the mechanical properties of waterproof coatings; and overcomes the problem of high water absorption rate. The coating: has a synergistic effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for an aqueous polyurea complex modified single-component acrylic waterproof coating prepared by above mentioned method.
