▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Removing graphene surface poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) layer based on non-solvent system involves (s1) placing PMMA/graphene/inorganic non-metal substrate in a closed system containing non-inorganic salt solid desiccant, and leaving still, (s2) placing the dried PMMA/graphene/inorganic non-metal substrate in a sodium ethylate-ethanol solution with a water-absorbing agent, and leaving still, and (s3) taking the PMMA/graphene/inorganic non-metal substrate from the solution, clamping, placing in anhydrous ethanol, ultrasonically cleaning, and drying to obtain a graphene film loaded on the inorganic non-metal substrate. USE - Removing graphene surface poly(methyl methacrylate) layer. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, convenient to operate, fast and feasible, does not introduce good solvent or soluble solvent of PMMA, which can realize effective cleaning of the PMMA layer, and broadens transfer method of graphene.
