NOVELTY - Nano composite wave absorbing material comprises 40-60 pts. wt. epoxy resin E-44, 12-20 pts. wt. nano graphene, 10-18 pts. wt. magnetic nano particle, 8-15 pts. wt. nano-titanium dioxide, 7-16 pts. wt. nano-zinc oxide, 5-10 pts. wt. nano-cobalt oxide, 6-12 pts. wt. nano tungsten trioxide, 4-9 pts. wt. gamma - aminopropyltriethoxysilane, 3-8 pts. wt. toluene diisocynate, 2-5 pts. wt. benzotriazole-1-carbothioic acid allylamide, 3-7 pts. wt. dibutyl terephthalate, 1-5 pts. wt. sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate, 2-6 pts. wt. polybutylene terephthalate, 4-7 pts. wt. polyamide, 20-40 pts. wt. isopropanol, and 10-20 pts. wt. acetone. USE - Used as nano composite wave absorbing material. ADVANTAGE - The material has good wave absorbing performance, and good application prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the preparation of nano composite wave absorbing material comprising (i) adding nano graphene, magnetic nano particle, nano titanium dioxide, nano zinc oxide, nano cobaltous oxide, nano tungsten trioxide, gamma - aminopropyltriethoxysilane into the stirring tank, adding isopropanol, stirring and mixing for 20-40 minutes under the temperature condition of 35-50 degrees C, and continuously stirring for 1-2 hours to obtain mixture A, (ii) adding the epoxy resin E-44 to dissolve in the acetone solution under the condition of stirring, and adding it into the mixture A, stirring for 10-20 minutes, adding toluene diisocyanate, benzotriazole-1-carbothioic acid allylamide, dibutyl terephthalate, sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate, polybutylene terephthalate and polyamide, and continuously stirring and 2-4 hours at 40-50 degrees C to obtain mixture B, (iii) adding into the mixer to mix for 30-50 minutes at 130-160 degrees C, allowing to stand for 10-20 hours, placing in the mixer at 160-200 degrees C for mixing for 20-40 minutes, discharging to obtain the mixed rubber, and (iv) placing the mixed rubber in the calender at a pressure of 90-120 kg/cm, and rolling at 120-150 degrees C to obtain the material.
