▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Polypropylene composite material comprises polypropylene, glass fiber, modified expanded graphite, and halogen-free flame retardant material, and the modified expanded graphite contains flame retardant reinforced material and electromagnetic shielding reinforced material, the flame retardant reinforced material comprises anyone or more of metal salt, metal oxide, the electromagnetic shielding reinforcing material comprises carbon black graphene carbon fiber and/or carbon nano-tube. USE - Polypropylene composite material for use in electric automobile batteries with flame retardant and electromagnetic shielding effect (claimed), used as a carbon source, an acid source, or a gas source. ADVANTAGE - The material has improved the synergistic electromagnetic shielding and flame retardant performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing polypropylene composite material for electric automobile batteries with flame retardant and electromagnetic shielding effect, which involves weighing each raw material used, uniformly mixing the weighed flame-retardant reinforced material, electromagnetic shielding reinforcing material, and expanded graphite, adding 800-1200 °C of the combustion furnace at high temperature swelling for 30-60 seconds, taking out, cooling at room temperature for further use, adding the spare modified expanded graphite into the agent ethanol with a silane coupling agent, fully stirring for 0.5-1.5 hours, then drying for further use, mixing the weighed raw material components uniformly and then putting them into a double-screw extruder to extrude and granulate, where the extruding temperature of the double-screw extruder is as follows: a region at 135-160 ℃, the second region at 160-185 ℃, the third area at 185-195 ℃, the fourth area at 195-205 ℃, the fifth area at 205-215 ℃, the sixth area at 215-230 ℃, the machine head temperature is 220-225 ℃, the rotating speed of the screw is 180-600 r/minutes, the pressure is 6-16 Mpa, putting the material after granulation into a constant temperature blast drying box, drying for 6-10 hours at 60-80℃.
