▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of nitrogen-doped graphene involves providing carbon material with nitrogen-containing active compound in a sealed container, heating to 100-300 degrees C, and obtaining nitrogen-doped graphene. The nitrogen-containing active compound is gas and/or solid. The carbon material is graphene or graphene oxide. USE - Nitrogen-doped graphene is used for preparing electrode material of super capacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nitrogen-doped graphene provides electrode material of super capacitor having current density 5 Angstrom /g, specific capacity of 190 F/g and capacity retention rate of 96.3%.
