NOVELTY - Nano-metal or metal alloy catalyst comprises graphene oxide, and metal compound as precursor. USE - Nano-metal or metal alloy catalyst. ADVANTAGE - The catalyst has excellent catalytic properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) continuous reduction of small size nano-metal or metal alloy particles of nano graphene load three-dimensional porous aerogel catalyst comprising situ growing of nanoparticles on graphene sheets, distributing in graphene sheet of particle size of 2-6 nm, assembling graphene sheets into three-dimensional porous aerogel structure, pore diameter average size of 1-2 mu m, high specific surface area, high mass transfer rates, and electron transport, and preventing agglomeration graphene nanoparticles; and (2) preparation of nano-metal or metal alloy catalyst comprising dissolving graphene oxide powder in deionized water to obtain uniform dispersion of 1 mg/mL graphene oxide solution, adding 1.2% aqueous solution TODA in graphene oxide aqueous solution, ultrasonically dispersing, adding modified I3DDA, ultrasonically dispersing for 10-15 minutes, adding ascorbic acid to mixed solution, and ultrasonically dispersing; and sealing resulting mixed solution into dry box, freeze-drying or drying in supercritical carbon dioxide.
