NOVELTY - Preparation of nano-cerium oxide sensor material comprises preparing three-dimensional graphene on foamed aluminum substrate to obtain graphene/foam aluminum composite material, soaking in etching solution, dissolving aluminum foam substrate to obtain three-dimensional graphene material where etching solution is ferric chloride or iron nitrate solution with concentration of 0.5-5 mol/L, mixing 1-2 pts. wt. three-dimensional graphene material, 10-25 pts. wt. ethylene glycol and 10-25 pts. wt. deionized water to obtain mixed solution A, dissolving 1.5-3 pts. wt. cerium nitrate hexahydrate, 0.5-1 pt. wt. potassium hydroxide and 3-4 pts. wt. crospovidone in mixed solution A, magnetic stirring for 2-2.5 hours to obtain uniformly dispersed mixed solution B, transferring into autoclave, reacting at 200-220 degrees C for 15-20 hours to obtain reactant, washing reactants and drying. USE - Method for preparing nano-cerium oxide sensor material. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple. The product has improved response efficiency, increased specific surface area and surface active vacancy and reduced response temperature.
