▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - A graphene oxide/polystyrene nano composite material is prepared from oxidized graphite alkene which uses water as dispersing medium and solid surfactant to oxidized graphite alkene, where polymerization monomer is styrene. Mass ratio of graphene oxide to styrene. 0.5:1.0-10. Salt is sodium chloride, potassium chloride or ammonium chloride. USE - Graphene oxide/polystyrene composite nanomaterial. ADVANTAGE - The method has good repeatability, mild reaction condition and low energy consumption. It is easy to operate and it is convenient for industrial implementation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing the nanomaterial comprising (A) preparation of graphite oxide; and (B) preparing pickering emulsion; and (C) adding polymerization initiator in pickering emulsion, adding evocating agent, stirring and reacting for 2-6 hours, after finishing reaction, cooling to obtain oxidized graphene to room temperature, filtering, washing and vacuum drying to obtain nanomaterial. The step (A) comprises: (A) using 98% sulfuric acid solution and 5 g sodium nitrate, mixing, ice bath cooling to less than 5 degrees C, stirring and adding water to obtain crystalline flake graphite, and uniformly mixing; (B) adding 30 g of potassium permanganate, controlling reaction temperature at 10-15 degrees C and reacting for 2 hours raising temperature to 35 degrees C and continuously stirring and reacting for 2 hours; (C) adding 460 mL deionized water, controlling reaction temperature at 98 degrees C, stirring for 30 minutes, and adding 1.4 L deionized water to stop reaction; (D) adding 25 mL 30% hydrogen peroxide, filtering when it is hot, washing filtrate, and using deionized water to wash until it is neutral by hydrochloric acid solution; and (E) redispersing filter cake to form uniform solution, ultrasonically peeling off by centrifuge, separating and removing non-oxidized graphite and graphite oxide as of layer to obtain oxidized graphite alkene. The step (B) comprises putting graphene oxide into salt solution and adding styrene monomer, and ultrasonically dispersing to form stable pickering emulsion.
