▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A device comprises a cylindrical main unit made of a plastic, a lattice cathode running along the entire circumference of the main unit, a hollow cylinder containing a system of plane-parallel anode grids made of stainless steel, and a pump containing a diffuser. The pump is capable of bubbling with air to create a movement of flow of an electrolyte suspension with graphite particles upward towards the cylinder. The anode grids contain scrapers for performing periodic vibration-rotational movements with a diaphragm located between cathode and anode sections. USE - Device for electrochemical production of mixture of colloidal-graphite and colloidal-graphene preparations e.g. anodic synthesis of boron-doped graphene (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for anodic synthesis of boron-doped graphene (BG), which involves electrochemically treating dispersed graphite particles in an aqueous electrolyte with simultaneous hydrolysis and removal of a mixture of colloidal-graphite and colloidal-graphene preparations. The synthesis is carried out in a galvanostatic mode, while an aqueous solution is prepared from 60-80% sulfuric acid. The electrochemical treatment is carried out at current densities of 0.1-0.6 A/g, a potential of 1.4-4.4 V and an amount of electricity to graphite of 0.2 A.hour/g.
