NOVELTY - The absorber has a metal substrate arranged with an insulating medium layer and a graphene thin film metal nano block, where a local area surface of the graphene thin film metal nano block is provided with a plasmon mode and width and thickness of the graphene thin film metal nano block are specified. An optical response of the graphene thin film metal nano block is controlled by applied electric field. The insulating medium layer is made of magnesium fluoride material. USE - Near-infrared adjustable frequency absorber. ADVANTAGE - The absorber changes an optical response of graphene so as to change resonance frequency of a metal block, thus achieving frequency modulation.
