NOVELTY - Graphene foam-based sealing material comprises a graphene foam framework comprising pores and pore walls. The pore walls comprises a three-dimensional network of interconnected graphene planes or graphene sheets and a permeation-resistant binder or matrix material which are used to coat and embrace the exterior surfaces of the graphene foam framework and/or infiltrates into pores of the graphene foam, occupied from 10-100 wt.% pore volume of graphene foam framework. USE - Graphene foam-based sealing material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene foam-based sealing material is helps to improves the structural integrity (including elasticity) of the graphene foam, increases in thermal conductivity to greater than 350 watt per milli Kelwin per unit of specific gravity, and/or electrical conductivity to greater than 3,500 siemens per centimeter per unit of specific gravity.
