NOVELTY - Preparation of coating involves mixing 45-55 pts. wt. aqueous polyurethane emulsion, 25-35 pts. wt. aqueous acrylic resin and 15-25 pts. wt. water, stirring at 400-600 rpm for 5-15 minutes, obtaining an emulsion, mixing resultant with 1-5 pts. wt. thickener, 3-9 pts. wt. dispersant, 2-6 pts. wt. ethanol, 1.5-2.5 pts. wt. glyceryl tristearate, 1-3 pts. wt. molybdenum disulfide, 1-3 pts. wt. nano-silicon carbide, 1-3 pts. wt. graphene and 0.2-0.7 pt. wt. anticorrosive agent, and stirring at 400-600 rpm for 10-30 minutes. USE - Preparation of coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of coating with reduced energy consumption. The coating enables formation of film having excellent corrosion resistance, weather resistance, shear strength, wear resistance, physical and mechanical properties, temperature resistance, chemical resistance and workability.
