NOVELTY - A graphene-heme and nano-gold ternary composite material comprises 40-50 wt.% graphene, 20-30 wt.% heme and 20-40 wt.% nano gold, such that total amount is 100 wt.%. USE - Graphene-heme and nano-gold ternary composite material is used for degradation of hydrogen peroxide in water (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of graphene-heme and nano-gold ternary composite material, which involves taking graphite powder as raw material, adding sodium nitrate, sulfuric acid and potassium permanganate, mixing, reacting, adding water (W1) to obtained mixture, continuously reacting, again adding water (W2) to stop reaction to obtain graphite oxide mixed solution, adding hydrogen peroxide solution in obtained graphite oxide mixed solution, removing unreacted potassium permanganate, filtering, drying to obtain graphene oxide, washing, centrifuging, adding graphene oxide with heme aqueous solution, heating, filtering, drying to obtain graphene-heme composite material, dissolving graphene-heme composite material in water, and then adding chloroauric acid and ascorbic acid; and (2) usage method of graphene-heme and nano-gold ternary composite material for degradation of hydrogen peroxide in water.
