NOVELTY - Antibacterial film material comprises 85-99.5 pts. wt. polyethylene, 0.1-5 pts. wt. silicon nano silver composite antibacterial agent and 0.01-5 pts. wt. graphene oxide; where the silicon nano silver composite antibacterial agent is prepared by evenly mixing silver nitrate, triethoxysilane, gamma -aminopropyltriethoxysilane and water, passing the mixture into a 20000-30000 revolutions/minute rotary atomizer at a uniform rate of 5-10 g/h, centrifugally atomizing, hot air cyclone drying at 400 m3/hour and 250o?C and collecting the silicon-containing nanosilver composite antibacterial agent in the cyclone separator, where the mass ratio of silver nitrate, triethoxysilane, gamma -aminopropyltriethoxysilane and water is 1:1-2:2-3:3-7. USE - The antibacterial film material is useful for food and drug packaging, and electronic packaging medical devices. ADVANTAGE - The antibacterial film material can control the antibacterial effect by changing the content and parameters, can be tested against common bacteria e.g. Staphylococcus aureus, Candida albicans, Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, is easy to process, has adjustable film thickness, suitable for large scale industrialization, and has high cost performance.
