▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A PTFE composite material is obtained by dispersing 80-99 pts. wt. fluorine-containing resin, 0.1-5 pts. wt. fluorinated graphene, 0.1-19 pts. wt. glass fiber and 0.1-1 pts. wt. antimony trioxide in carboxylic acid modified macromolecular dispersant solution, where fluorine-containing resin is PTFE resin, performing solid-liquid separation, collecting solids, drying, where solvent of carboxylic acid modified macromolecular dispersant solution is organic solvent, mixing dried solids evenly, forming at pressure of 25-55 MPa for 1-30 minutes to obtain molding material, and sintering. The preparation of carboxylic acid modified macromolecular dispersant involves dissolving methoxylated polyethylene glycol, acrylic acid, S,S'-bis(2-methyl2-propionyl)trithiocarbonate and azobisisobutyronitrile in dioxane, deoxidizing with inert gas, magnetically stirring to obtain homogeneous solution, reacting at 60-80 degrees C under inert gas atmosphere, washing with n-hexane, and vacuum-drying. USE - PTFE composite material. ADVANTAGE - The PTFE composite material has excellent mechanical properties and thermal conductivity.
