NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/metal matrix composite contact material comprises pure nickel powder with a thickness of 50-500 mu m is preset on the surface of the contact material, laser alloying, carrying out transition coating of contact material, (2) using the surface of the transition coating of nickel/contact material prepared in step (1) is preset with graphite powder with a thickness of 5-50 mu m, and irradiating with high-power continuous laser, metal indicates that graphene is grown in situ to form graphene/metal matrix composites. USE - The graphene/metal-based composite contact material is useful for low-voltage direct-current air switch (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene/metal-based composite contact material improves the electric arc ablation resistance of the contact material and has anti-welding ability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene/metal matrix composite contact material prepared by above method.
