▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves cutting a flexible support substrate with scissors. A central portion of the support substrate is cut to create a center hole. Two graphene electrodes are created by irradiating a laser onto a coating layer. Two ends of a specimen are fixed to the graphene electrodes. The support substrate are installed to two clamps. An edge of the substrate is divided into two parts that are separated from each other. The coating layer is provided with a polyimide film or a Kapton film. A fixing resin is applied to the ends of the specimen. A wire is connected to one of the electrodes. USE - Method for measuring characteristics of micro-specimen. ADVANTAGE - The physical and electrical properties are simultaneously measured by forming a graphene electrode on a flexible support substrate and fixing the specimen to the graphene electrode. The deformation of the support substrate is reduced during the operation of placing the specimen. The micro specimen is easily fixed and tested. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for an apparatus for measuring characteristics of micro-specimen. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flow diagram illustrating the process for measuring characteristics of micro-specimen (Drawing includes non-English language text).
