NOVELTY - Preparing high-normal direction heat conducting polymer nano-complex sheet comprises (i) mixing the polymer, nano-filler and coupling agent to obtain reaction mixture, (ii) melting and mixing the reaction mixture, entering into the stretching flow passage stretching orientation from the inlet, and (iii) flowing the reaction mixture into the transition flow passage convergence and compression, extruding and molding from the outlet to obtain the high-normal direction heat-conducting polymer nano-complex sheet, where the preparation is carried out by multi-micro-porous flow passage head mechanism which comprises an inlet, a stretching flow passage, a transition flow passage and an outlet, the tail end of the transition flow passage is connected with the outlet, and the diameter of the outlet is less than the diameter of the transition flow passage. USE - Preparation method of high-normal direction heat-conducting polymer nano-complex sheet. Uses include but are not limited to carbon fiber, graphene micro-sheet, carbon nano-tube and other two-dimensional or three-dimensional nano-filler. ADVANTAGE - The method solves the technical problem that the nano-filler obtained by the preparation method has low orientation degree of the complex sheet in the normal direction in the direction of the orientation in the process of melting and blending with the polymer, so that the polymer nano-complex material can obtain excellent various or anisotropic heat-conducting performance.
