▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing a graphene oleophilic hydrophobic material comprises (i) adding polyether polyol, an amine catalyst, a tin catalyst, a foam stabilizer, water and a graphene oxide modifier into a reaction barrel in proportion at the temperature of 20-25degrees Celsius and uniformly mixing and stirring, adding isocyanate into the other reaction barrel at the same temperature, stirring and mixing the materials in the two reaction barrels, pouring the mixture into a foaming box for foaming, reacting for 90-150 s and curing to obtain graphene oxide oleophylic hydrophobic material, (ii) adding the graphene oxide oleophylic and hydrophobic material obtained in the resultant step and a reducing agent into a reaction barrel, heating to 100-12degrees Celsius, reacting for 1.5-3 hours, drying after the reaction is finished, soaking for 10-15 hours by using 0.05-0.5 g/ml hydrophobic modifier solution and drying to obtain the product. USE - The graphene oleophilic hydrophobic material is useful in field of oil-water separation (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material: is suitable for large-scale production; has simple preparation process, strong hydrophilic property, oil-water separating effect, large mechanical strength and compressibility; can reach the standard discharge and recycle the oil in the oil-containing sewage; and realize the green low-carbon development. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing a graphene oleophilic hydrophobic material comprises (i) adding 50-100 pts. wt. polyether polyol, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. amine catalyst, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. tin catalyst, 1-4 pts. wt. foam stabilizer, 0.1-7 pts. wt. water, 10-50 pts. wt. graphene oxide modifier into a reaction barrel in proportion at the temperature of 20-25degrees Celsius and uniformly mixing and stirring, adding 40-100 pts. wt. isocyanates into the other reaction barrel at the same temperature, stirring and mixing the materials in the two reaction barrels, pouring the mixture into a foaming box for foaming, reacting for 90-150 s and curing to obtain graphene oxide oleophilic hydrophobic material, (ii) adding the graphene oxide oleophilic hydrophobic material obtained in the resultant step and a 0.1-0.4 pts. wt. reducing agent into a reaction barrel, heating to 100-12degrees Celsius, reacting for 1.5-3 hours, drying after the reaction is finished, soaking for 10-15 hours by using 0.05-0.5 g/ml hydrophobic modifier solution and drying to obtain the product, where the amount hydrophobic modifier is 10-50 pts. wt. and graphene oxide modifier is the form of dispersion liquid form and used solvent is N, N-dimethylformamide, N, N-dimethylacetamide, tetrahydrofuran, diethyl ether, glycol and/or water and the mass content of the graphene oxide is 10-50 wt.% of the dispersion liquid.
