NOVELTY - Shock absorption type antistatic high temperature resistant double-sided electronic tape comprises an adhesive tape main body (1) comprising a base layer (11), and a polyurethane foam layer (12) provided at the bottom of the base layer. The bottom of the polyurethane foam layer is coated with a flame retardant layer (13). The top of the base layer is coated with an antistatic agent layer, and the top of the antistatic agent layer is provided with a polytetrafluoroethylene rubber layer. The top of the polytetrafluoroethylene rubber layer and the bottom of the flame retardant layer are provided with an antistatic adhesive layer (14). USE - Used as shock absorption type antistatic high temperature resistant double-sided electronic tape. ADVANTAGE - The method: improves the overall shock absorption effect of the adhesive tape; can carry out flame retardant protection on the bottom of the tape; can carry out flame retardant protection on the top of the tape; has antistatic ability; improves the overall antistatic property of the tape under the premise of ensuring its viscosity; and improves the overall use effect of the tape. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for processing the electronic tape, comprising (A) uniformly applying the antistatic agent layer on the top of the base layer, applying a layer of PP glue on top of it after it solidifies, and placing the polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) rubber layer on top of it, (B) uniformly spreading the antistatic adhesive layer on the top of the PTFE rubber layer, and placing a release paper layer on top of the antistatic adhesive layer, (C) turning the entire base layer over one hundred and eighty degrees, applying a layer of PP glue on the top of the base layer, and placing the polyurethane foam layer on top of it, (D) uniformly spreading the flame retardant on the top of the polyurethane foam layer, after it solidifies, uniformly spreading the antistatic viscose on the top of the flame retardant, and placing release paper layer on top of the antistatic adhesive layer, (E) feeding the tape into the slitting machine through the pressing roller machine for cutting to obtain the tape strip of the required width, and (F) rolling the tape strip into a disc shape through a winder, and cutting the tape strip with a cutting machine after reaching the specified length to obtain the product.
