NOVELTY - The device comprises transfer members having a working surface with pores, a graphene structure placed on the surface of transfer members, a roll member for rotating a carrier positioned on the surface of the transfer members, and a unit for applying negative pressure to the pores of the transfer members. The transfer member is configured to transfer graphene to the carrier. The device further comprises first and second heating units, and a drive for the transfer members. The transfer member has a belt shape. An adhesive layer is provided on a surface of the carrier. USE - Graphene transfer device. ADVANTAGE - The device transfers the graphene with high quality.
