NOVELTY - A wear-resistant coating comprises 20-40 pts. wt., preferably 40 pts. wt. basic copper sulfate, 2-10 pts. wt., preferably 10 pts. wt. distilled water, 1-5 pts. wt., preferably 5 pts. wt. acetic acid, 0.01-0.05 pt. wt., preferably 0.05 pt. wt. graphene, 45-65 pts. wt., preferably 65 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 30-40 pts. wt., preferably 40 pts. wt. phenyltrimethoxysilane, 5-10 pts. wt., preferably 10 pts. wt. PTFE, 12-25 pts. wt., preferably 25 pts. wt. nano silicon carbide powder, 5-15 pts. wt., preferably 15 pts. wt. ethanol, and 1-10 pts. wt., preferably 10 pts. wt. isopropanol. USE - Wear-resistant coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has excellent wear resistance and scratch resistance, and suppresses precipitation of lubricant which causes the coating to be tacky.
