NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene involves preparing graphene oxide by modified Hummers method, soaking dried leaves in distilled water, extracting at 60-80 degrees C for 1-2 hours, filtering, preparing aqueous solution of graphene oxide, adding leaf extract, mixing uniformly, heating at 80 degrees C for 6-8 hours, suction-filtering, washing and freeze-drying. USE - Preparation of graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple, economical and environmentally-friendly preparation of graphene.
