NOVELTY - Preparation of porous microfiber-loaded graphene film involves removing oxides on the surface of a porous microfiber, obtaining pretreated porous microfiber, sintering the pretreated porous microfiber at 900-1100 degrees C in a carbon source atmosphere, and cooling. USE - Preparation of porous microfiber-loaded graphene film used as carrier of adsorbent/catalyst, and metal catalyst, and used in fixed bed (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of porous microfiber-loaded graphene film with excellent mass transfer and heat transfer performance. The porous microfiber-loaded graphene film is folded and cut at random, and chemically stable, and effectively reduces bed lamination, enhances mass transfer and heat transfer, and improves bed adsorption and catalytic efficiency. The graphene on the surface of the porous microfiber has excellent continuity.
